Ms. Mabray has also established a committee for a Life and Learning Center of Central Texas. Although this project is still in its infant stage, the project is geared toward the special needs population, ages 12-24, where teaching life skills, vocational skills, and integration into the workplace are among its objectives.

 

Ms. Mabray is currently in private practice where she is the part owner of the Adult, Child, & Family Counseling Centers with her business partner, John J. Leach, LCSW, CART. Mr. Leach specializes in the treatment of depression, anger, stress management, behavioral issues, family, marriage, work related issues, ADHD, and EAP and Ms. Mabray is a supervisor for LPC and LMFT interns in addition to being a licensed professional counselor, and certified anger resolution therapist. Ms. Mabray works not just with the individual but also the family. She specializes in adolescents with clinical and behavioral challenges.

 

Ms. Mabray has also developed the Complete Study Guide series initially to assist her in studying for licensure exams. When she began sharing the guides with interns and they were successful, she began selling the guides. At this point, the LMFT guide is 99.2% successful (on the first exam attempt) in comparison to the National Counselors Exam (NCE) guide which has shown to be 98% effective (on the first exam attempt).
